Credits

One requested photo = one credit. Credits belong to your workspace and follow the life of each request.

The life of a request

  1. Draft

    You prepare and edit the request freely: no credit is reserved.

  2. Activation

    The request's credits are reserved in one go: a request for 5 photos reserves 5 credits.

  3. Photos sent

    When the person sends the photos, the reserved credits are consumed.

  4. Cancellation or expiry

    If the request is cancelled, or expires without a submission, the reserved credits are released.

Good to know

  • Retaking a photo does not consume any additional credit.
  • An activation never reserves more than the available credits: if the balance is too low, the request stays a draft.
  • The workspace balance shows available, reserved and consumed credits separately.
